One conversation about the leadership work in front of you: what you are doing, what is getting in the way, and what you will do before we speak again. We agree how many sessions in writing.

Inquiry and build first. Founder rates, then coaching and training, further down. The fit conversation is free.
Inquiry
A software team, or building something.
By the end of those hours I either have the information I need, or I do not. If I do, we look at whether there is enough value we can observe for you to justify continuing, including whether to build or buy. If I do not, the next piece is another 4 hours, taken whole.
The inquiry can end there. Remote, or in Brisbane. Travel outside that is agreed separately.
If we build.
Connecting tools, or building something, comes after the inquiry. The fee is 25% of the value observed over the next 6 months, excluding GST. The inquiry writes down the baseline: what we will count, and when the fee is invoiced. I will not start unless each week of the work can show the floor below.
Example: a week of build work has to show at least $32,000 of value within 6 months. My fee is 25% of that, $8,000. You keep $24,000.
How a week is counted
A week is 40 hours. $8,000 is that week at $200 an hour.
The week count is written down with the baseline. 2 weeks on that floor is $64,000 of value and a fee of $16,000.
Founder card
Pre-seed and seed software.
For a pre-seed or seed software company where you (the founder, or founding team) are the buyer. There is no engineering department yet, or the first technical hire is still the bottleneck.
If a funded team or an organisation is paying for a manager's coaching or a delivery program, the standard rates above apply. A workshop is not on this card. Founder work is limited; the fit conversation may say no even when the card fits.

Same 25% share of observed value over 6 months. At the Founder floor you keep $12,000 of the $16,000. A week is still 40 hours, so $4,000 is that week at $100 an hour.

Coaching and training.
These are not the inquiry. A session is coaching. A workshop is a teaching day.
Workshop

Up to 5 people · 7 hours
Then $700 each, up to 10 ($7,000).
A teaching day.
In Brisbane or remote. Leadership training for technical leaders, or a day teaching a team to use AI on the work they already do.
A larger room is priced for that room. This day is teaching. A build comes after an inquiry.
